CFS is a family friendly functional fitness / Strength & conditioning facility in the Beautiful countryside of North Dorset.

Myself (Chris) & my wife (Corinna) own and manage the gym along with our awesome team of coaches!

We both started our Fitness journey 8 years ago, We had never done any kind of regular fitness in our adult hood! my wife was very slim and frail I was very over weight, Functional based Fitness with good nutrition has literally changed both of our lives completely - Remember it's never too late to change!

Why not drop in to train whilst you are travelling around or passing through this awesome town!

Shaftesbury is very well known for the world famous "Gold Hill" this is probably best known for where they filmed the Hovis advert!
